The prize is a demonstration drive / driving experience during the event, alongside two-time SuperRally champion Leo Borlovan, in a Subaru Impreza WRX STi.
Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Participants must follow all instructions communicated by the organiser, driver, technical team, and security staff.
- The organiser may request identification to verify age.
Personal responsibility declaration
- Participation is voluntary and entirely at the participant’s own risk.
- Before participating, the winner will sign a declaration/agreement accepting the risks and releasing liability.
- By participating, the participant declares that:
- they are physically and mentally fit for this activity;
- they are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that could affect their judgement or reaction;
- they understand the nature of the activity and the risks associated with a sporting/demonstration driving experience.
Limitation of liability
- The organiser, partners, collaborators, driver Leo Borlovan, and the staff involved cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, discomfort, losses, property damage, or other incidents arising from voluntary participation in the experience, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- The participant takes part knowing and accepting the inherent risks associated with automotive activities and sporting events.
Right to refuse / cancel
- The organiser and/or driver may refuse, interrupt, or cancel participation, without further obligation, if:
- the participant does not follow instructions;
- the participant behaves dangerously, aggressively, or inappropriately;
- there are suspicions of alcohol or substance use;
- weather, technical, logistical, or safety conditions do not allow the experience to take place safely.
The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway/experience for safety, technical, logistical, force majeure, or other justified reasons.
Images and media
The participant understands and accepts that the experience may be photographed and/or filmed, and that the resulting materials may be used by the organiser and partners for promotional purposes, without financial compensation.
By participating and signing the related documents, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these rules.
