Charge Festival 2026 runs from 25 to 27 September 2026, at Sports Base no. 2 of the Politehnica University Timișoara. The programme starts on Friday at 16:00 and ends on Sunday at 22:00.

Nothing — entry to Charge Festival is free. There is no ticket to buy and no entry fee for the festival grounds, the activation zones, or the evening concerts.

No. You can walk in and enjoy the festival without an account. An account is only needed if you want to register for one of the official sports competitions.

Live music and DJ sets every evening, demonstrative experiences and exhibition matches, meet & greets with athletes and content creators, free classes and workshops, plus more than a dozen activation zones you can join at any time.

Yes. There are categories for kids as well as adults in the sports programme, family workshops, and activation zones designed for all ages. Children stay under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

The official programme includes Football, Table Tennis, Basketball 3v3, Swimming and Tennis — some team-based, some individual. Every discipline is listed with its format on the Official Sports page.

Registrations for the official competitions are open. Sign in with your Charge account to register for a sport.

Create your Charge account first, then pick your discipline on the Official Sports page once registrations open. Team sports are entered as a team; individual sports are entered on your own.

No. The competitions have categories for kids and adults, from first attempts to seasoned athletes — pick the one that matches your level.

No. Taking part in the official competitions is free, just like entry to the festival. All you need is a Charge account and a completed registration.

They are try-it booths, demos and live challenges spread across the festival grounds — Darts, Moto Expo, Race Cars Expo, Interactive Circuits, Bike Zone, Chess, Wrestling, Gaming Zone, Volleyball, Running, Live Classes and the World Class classes.

No. Every activation is free and open all weekend — just walk up and join in, no registration and no account required.

Fitness and group classes powered by World Class, open to everyone throughout the festival. The class schedule is on the World Class activation page.

Pogăniș Bike is a community ride organised by Charge Festival — a relaxed cycling experience for children, families, and anyone who enjoys being outside. It’s separate from the main Charge Festival weekend programme. You can read more about the route, ethos, and registration on our Pogăniș page.

Registration opens via the form on the Pogăniș Bike page when sign-ups are live. Please also read the event rules linked from that page before you join the ride.
